What will you do?

As a Sustainability Business Strategist, you will shape the future of work in the sustainability sector. You’ll be a key member of our dynamic and entrepreneurial team, responsible for building relationships with companies, advising on recruitment strategies, and connecting talent with the right opportunities

You’ll translate business needs into actionable solutions, provide strategic advice, and help companies enhance their employer branding. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in expanding our network and assisting our clients in finding talent that truly makes an impact.

Daily Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Understand client hiring needs and sustainability goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Advise on employer branding and recruitment strategies.

Talent Sourcing:

Collaborate with job seekers to align opportunities with their skills.

Source candidates via job boards, networking, and LinkedIn.

Match talent with suitable roles in the sustainability sector.

Strategic Planning:

Create and refine recruitment strategies tailored to sustainability.

Analyze labor market trends and offer actionable insights.

Stay informed on industry trends and green job opportunities.

Content Creation and Outreach:

Develop engaging job advertisements and promotional content.

Partner with marketing to boost visibility of job postings.

Participate in industry events to build networks.

Data Analysis:

Track and analyze the success of job postings and campaigns.

Report results and suggest improvements to enhance outcomes.

Monitor key recruitment metrics such as engagement and placement rates.

Networking:

Attend industry events to connect with professionals and organizations.

Establish partnerships with educational institutions and NGOs to widen the talent pool.

Team Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, analytics) to enhance services.

Share insights to improve offerings and align with client needs.

Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in commerce, sales, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management.

Affinity with sustainability and the job market.

Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.

A self-motivated and proactive work approach.
