Brief description
On behalf of our client, Verum Artes is hiring a high-impact Logistics Sales Manager to drive European expansion for a global logistics leader. You will lead enterprise sales with a focus on 4PL orchestration, crafting compelling story-driven value cases that secure multi-year, executive-level partnerships.

What will you do?
You’ll own the enterprise sales cycle—from C-suite discovery to signed multi-year agreements—across a full service portfolio (4PL programmes, warehousing & VAS, e-commerce logistics, domestic transport, freight forwarding (ocean/air/rail), customs (import/export), and project cargo). You’ll work closely with product, operations and finance to shape solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
Build and manage an executive-level pipeline (ABM, industry events, networks) targeting strategic European accounts.
Lead C-suite discovery to uncover goals, constraints and transformation timelines; map stakeholders and buying committees.
Design story-driven proposals that link logistics transformation to business strategy, TCO/ROI, risk mitigation and scalability.
Orchestrate 4PL solutions (control tower, supplier governance, data visibility, KPI frameworks) to deliver long-term value.
Run enterprise pursuits: RFx leadership, solutioning, pricing strategy, negotiation and close.
Deliver tailored executive presentations/demos aligned to board-level priorities (resilience, working capital, ESG, customer experience).
Partner with product & operations to improve the customer journey and ensure delivery readiness for signed programmes.
Report forecast, margin and win-rate insights; refine territory and account plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s in Business, Logistics, Sales/Commerce or related.
Medior/Senior track record in logistics sales (4PL, freight forwarding, contract logistics or e-commerce logistics).
Proven success in enterprise / long-cycle deals and selling to senior management / C-level.
Strong storytelling skills: convert complex operations into clear strategic narratives, investment cases and multi-year roadmaps.
Confident with TCO/ROI modelling, business cases and value-based pricing.
Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management across procurement, supply chain, finance and executive teams.
Fluent English; Dutch preferred; a third language is a plus.
Self-motivated, structured and effective in fast-paced, international settings.
