What You'll Do
As a Logistics Sales Manager, you will:

- Client Engagement: Identify potential clients, understand their logistics needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our product team to enhance customer experiences and develop new features.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, attending industry events, and leveraging your professional network.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
Who You Are
You are an entrepreneurial senior eager to make a significant impact in the logistics sector. You possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a sales professional within the logistics industry.
- Advanced negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in Dutch or an additional language is advantageous.
- A deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and the ability to propose effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
