As a results-oriented Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our innovative solutions through consultative selling strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new sales leads, conducting compelling presentations to showcase the value of our services, and nurturing relationships with both prospects and existing clients. This role will involve a blend of phone, online, and face-to-face interactions, emphasizing the importance of exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to closing deals.
We specialize in providing comprehensive Privacy Management Services and Information Security Management Systems delivered as SaaS solutions. Our offerings extend beyond mere GDPR compliance, encompassing international privacy laws and robust information security management processes.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new sales leads within the GDPR/privacy sector.
- Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with prospects to articulate the benefits of our solutions.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations on our company's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using our CRM system (ZoHo) and ensure regular updates of account information.
- Act as a liaison between customers/prospects and internal departments, conveying product pain points and feedback effectively.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Drive sales growth through strategic partnership management, identifying collaborative opportunities and managing relationships effectively.
- Implement cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue potential from existing customers.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospects and clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by leveraging your proactive approach and sales acumen.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to optimize the overall sales effort.
Who you are
- You are an ambitious, driven, and dedicated individual seeking an exciting opportunity in the dynamic field of GDPR and privacy management.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience within the SaaS industry, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets (hunter mentality).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English are essential.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably ZoHo CRM.
