What you will be doing

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships in Dublin, Ireland. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and ensuring our firm's services align with their objectives. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain client satisfaction and drive growth.

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Dublin area. Understand client needs, expectations, and industry-specific challenges related to cybersecurity.
• Account Growth:
  Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional cybersecurity services to existing clients. Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
• Client Advocacy:
  Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring their feedback and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Advocate for the client's needs, working to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Project Oversight:
  Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity projects, meeting client expectations and timelines.
• Contract Management:
  Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Market Research:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity to provide informed guidance to clients.
