What you will be doing

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our recruitment company towards sustainability. Your primary responsibility will be to research, analyse and map potential companies that align with ESG goals and SDGs. By working closely with our clients and industry experts, you will gain valuable insights into the sustainable business landscape and contribute to creating a pool of talented candidates for these companies.

• Conduct research to identify companies that prioritize sustainability and align with the needs of their target audience.
• Collaborate with our clients and industry experts to understand the ESG and SDG goals of companies.
• Initiating first contact per telephone/email with target companies and understanding their needs and goals in the are of ESG and SDG.
• Assist in developing strategies and advisory projects that accelerate companies' ESG performance.
• Support international teams in managing sustainable development projects across Europe.
• Analyze data and generate insights to drive sustainable business decisions.

What we are looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role has a - strategic - business academic education enrolement with a passion for sustainability and environmental challenges at large corporations. 

• Currently enrolled in a university or hbo/business school, in the third year or graduating year.
• Strong academic background in strategic business, economics, or a related field.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental challenges faced by large corporations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process data and derive meaningful insights.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in taking responsibility for achieving targets
• You speak fluent English and preferably Dutch.
• You relevant work experience/internships.
