Brief description: Verum Artes is now looking - for a global leading party in logistics - for a high-velocity Sales Manager to help them grow their revenue and to quadruple in size this up coming year.

What you will be doing
You will be a part of one of the most ambitious and value added global leading logistics organizations that is ready to enter the European market via their HQ in The Netherlands. They are looking for a motivated and determined Logistics Sales Professional to reach goals together. You will work alongside the brightest talents in the industry within a supportive and motivating environment. 
Headquartered in Shanghai, the organization provides the full scope of supply chain services, ranging from 4PL programs, warehousing, value added services, e-commerce services, domestic transportation, freight forwarding (ocean, air, train), customs clearance (import & export) and project cargo handling. The organization is currently operating their own warehouses in 4 major port city's in China. The newly established satellite office based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, focuses on supporting European customer relations and business development.
The tasks and activities include:
- Maintaining awareness of developments, techniques and applications within the organization and the wider logistics industry.
 - You'll work together with the product team to develop new features to improve the customer journey.
 - Prepare and deliver customer proposals and presentations.
- In-depth training and provision of any required marketing materials.
 - We will help you to land your dream clients by helping you with the paperwork and proper sales strategies.
 
 - Build a sales pipeline by doing market study, visit exhibitions, personal network.
 - You understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timelines, and budgets.
 - You deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of the company solution to prospects based on the prospect's needs and priorities.

About you
- You have a completed bachelor or masters degree in a business or logistics education, higher sales, communication or similarly.
 - Medior or Senior experience as a sales professional in the logistics industry.
 - You have advanced sales negotiation skills.
 - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
 - Customer empathy, you know what it takes to succeed in your relationship.
 - Excellent written & verbal communication in English. 
 - Professional written & verbal communication in Dutch (pre)
 
Salary & work conditions
- Based on first interview the company will make you an interesting proposal.
 - Travel; 30% of the time (Europe + Asia)
 - Days in the office; Flexible
 - Reimbursement; work trip expenses will be reimbursed
